House interiors and some exteriors were individually customized by the original owners making each home unique. All homes have basements, main floor laundry and access from the garage. Each home and its lot is owned by the individual owner and therefore, not subject to lease charges. All decisions concerning the village are made by the residents.
Public aspects, such as the Recreation Centre, parkland, paths, roads, ponds and other common facilities are registered in the name of a Condominium Corporation which is owned and managed by the homeowners. Currently the monthly fee, which includes water for each residence, is only $215.00. Within this building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise room, billiards room, woodworking shop, crafts room, library and, of course, meeting and party facilities with a fully-equipped kitchen. Outdoors there is tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard and over 40 acres of parkland including a large pond with island and gazebo and three smaller ponds. There is also an extensive wooded area and 4 1/2 kilometres of trails to make walking a pleasure.
As we are adjacent to the 27-hole Foxwood Golf and Country Club and within a few minutes of many other challenging courses, Foxboro Green is a haven for golfers.
