House interiors and some exteriors were individually customized by the original owners making each unique. All have basements, main floor laundry and access from the garage. Both the building and its lot is owned and therefore not subject to lease charges and all decisions concerning the village are made by the residents.

Public aspects, such as the Recreation Centre, parkland, paths, roads, ponds and other common facilities are registered in the name of a Condominium Corporation which is owned and managed by the homeowners. Currently the monthly fee, which includes water for each residence, is only $193.00. Village life revolves around our stunning Recreational Centre with elevator. Within this building there is a Swimming Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Exercise Room, Billiards, Woodworking Shop, Crafts Room, Library and of course Meeting and Party Facilities with a fully equipped Kitchen. Outdoors there is Tennis, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard and over 40 acres of parkland including a large pond with island and Gazebo and three smaller ponds, also an extensive wooded area. 4 1/2 kilometers of trails make walking a pleasure. See Grounds.
